We made this film with the hopes of keeping the problems of the NHS in the public eye, and engaging people to make a stand, and support doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers in the fight to save the NHS. Fearful that there will not be a safe, fair and equal NHS for future generations.

At the time of filming, Jeremy Hunt was the Health Secretary (the puppet in this video), and he had taken a wrecking ball to the NHS – closing wards, emergency departments and hospitals. The NHS had been starved of funds, with massive cuts, and demoralised hospital staff, abolished trainee nurses’ bursaries, and imposing an unfair, unsafe discriminatory contract on doctors -slowly but surely he and his government were destroying the NHS and systematically privatising it.
